Order Validation and Confirmation
After submitting your order on the website, an "Order Confirmation Email" will be automatically sent to your registered email address. At this point, the order will be in the "Pending Review" status.
We will review your order within one business day (verifying product availability, shipping address validity, etc.). Once approved, the order will be valid. If the product is out of stock or the address is invalid, we will contact you promptly to cancel or modify the order and refund the full amount paid.
Product Prices and Descriptions
Product prices on the website are based on the amount displayed at the time of order submission. Prices may be adjusted due to promotions and inventory changes. Adjustments will not affect existing orders.
Product descriptions (including dimensions, materials, features, etc.) are based on manufacturer information. Minor discrepancies (such as ±2cm in manual measurement) are normal and are not considered quality issues. If there are significant discrepancies between the description and the actual product, you may apply for a refund according to our "Return Policy." Payment Methods and Responsibilities

If payment fails due to personal reasons (such as incorrect password or insufficient balance in your payment account), your order will be automatically canceled and you will need to resubmit the order and complete payment.
User Conduct Guidelines
Registering an account using false information or submitting fraudulent orders (such as maliciously placing and then canceling orders, which can affect normal inventory turnover) is prohibited.
Using other people's account and payment information to conduct transactions is prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we reserve the right to freeze the account and pursue legal action.

If you have a dispute with milvex.com regarding an order, product, or service, we recommend resolving it through negotiation with customer service.
If negotiation fails, you may file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where the product was shipped (the place of shipment is the location of the milvex.com official warehouse; please contact customer service for details).
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
